Morning ˆ⌣ˆ
Sunday morning full of cartoons, and you have to watch it, why? because it will make your mind more fresh than before. Remember on your weekdays, you have to study all the time, work, do other activities that make your brain, your mind work hard. So it is good if on the weekends, you spend your time to fresh your mind, fresh your brain. Do something light, like what I've mentioned, watching movies. And you also can do another, just like recreation.
And actually, when it's Sunday morning, you should have some jogging, but yeah I'm too lazy to do that. I don't have friends to do that haha.
What Should we do on Sundays morning :
1. Have some exercises.
For example jogging. It will produce more sweat, and will help you to lose some of your weight. See? It is very simple to get healthy. No need to go to the gymnasium, that will spend much money. Only with jogging, you can be healthy, and it would not spend much money. And I've read some articles that with jogging, can make your heart stronger, and can increase the circulation of your blood, and respiration. Speeding up the digestive system and helps you get rid of digestive problems. Neutralize depression. Increasing capacity of your work. And make your sleep more comfort.
2. Have good Breakfast.Well, after have some exercise, you'll feel hungry. And yeah, good and healthy food will bring back the energy that spend for jogging.
3. Watching some cartoons.
After being tired cause of do some exercise, and full cause of breakfast, it is the perfect time to watch some cartoons. The silly cartoons, can make you laugh. And laugh, also healthy.
See, Everything is as easy like Sunday Morning. So Sunday should be nice ˆ⌣ˆ
